This return and refund policy applies to all orders placed with ClothCove and shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
We want your shopping experience to feel easy and reliable. If you are not satisfied with the clothing or footwear you received, you may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for return, products must be in original condition. This means garments should be unworn, unwashed, free from stains, odors, or damage, and returned with all original tags and labels still attached. Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, with clean outsoles, no signs of wear, and without scuffs or dirt.
Some items marked as final sale, clearance, or limited-time promotion may not be eligible for return. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
Before returning any item, you must contact our customer support to request a return authorization. Please email ayanateuber1344@hotmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing timeline.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will assess the case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund based on availability and verification.
ClothCove does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
